2. Old Age

Problem of old age is affecting the families to a great extent. Not only old people are problematic sometimes but the so called young (and sometimes not so young) generations don't know how to face the situation. They forget that one day they are going to get old (if they don't die before) and will be posing the same problems to their kith and kin.

I believe that you need to live well (peacefully, mature.....) to become a good old person.
Any tips?

  1. old age can be made the best time of our lives....if we accept it happily before getting too old for it.
that is time of life when all that I learn in this lifetime can be given freely to those who ask for it... In lot of free time that i may get then, it can be processed and assimilated deep in my mind forever.
a good old age should be planned in advance though....Since adulthood I must consciously grow in such a way that i will have a "rich" old age with no regrets and prejudices. that i should be able to live it innocently like a child and maturely like a grown up.

  2. yes anujna, u r right. living well is the key. but we get engrossed into so many materialistic things that we forget that we will change and we will not be the same. time keeps on changing and the key is to be aware of it and to flow with it. the trick is to find right combination of flowing with the tide and being stable.

  6. Only problem is when we are young, we cannot see ourselves as 'old' :-)
